Super units, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location. It was nice to be able to walk to everything. We used to stay in condos but really enjoyed being able to BBQ out on the deck and watch the sunsets. This was a much more intimate feel. Not crowded. Loved all the palm trees, and wished we could take one back to Chicago with us!
The duplexes were furnished to a beautiful standard. Far better than we could have imagined for a beach house. They had every convenience imaginable which made for a very relaxed stay. We loved their position being so close to the beach during the daytime, and then within walking distance to Times Square and its restaurants during the evening. This was ideal as it meant that there was no driving required – all we had to do was to relax. What a pity we had to come home

My husband loved the leather recliner. The kids were so excited to have a TV and DVD player in “their room” and were also fond of the TV at the bar in the kitchen. They have requested a TV in the kitchen in our house too :-) We also enjoyed playing the board games and video games ...We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. None of us wanted to leave. I took a couple of your cards and we hope to use the condo again in the future.

We did have a great time in Florida – great weather and great condo too, We enjoyed staying there very much. We enjoyed the quieter beach, but yet close enough to walk down to pier, etc.
We liked being able to walk to shopping, restaurants, and “mime” show.

We have stayed in Fort Myers beach every year for the last 13 years and I can honestly say your condo has been one of the best. Especially for its proximity to Times Square and access to the beach, but most of all because it felt like home. Thank you Susan for a memorable holiday.

This condo was much more than we expected. We had the best time celebrating our 20th. Thank you for making us feel special. Very classy place. Nice, neat, very upscale. We loved it! We loved Gulf Shore Grill, didn’t love Pinchers. There is a neat park at the North end of the island.

We really liked Lover’s Key State Park. We found so many seashells and the water was relatively calm and warm for swimming. At the other end of the island (I can’t remember the name of the park); we saw a beautiful sunset and watched a family of dolphins swim by. That was a highlight for us...we love dolphins!
We truly had a great vacation and would definitely rent from you again. I will also pass your name along to anyone who is interested in that area. We enjoyed it so much that we are starting to look at real estate, so if you have any words of wisdom, let us know.
Eventually we would like to retire in the south as well.

The pool and deck area were fantastic, will sorely miss my quiet time at the pool. Charlotte adored her blue bedroom and our room was so comfortable, with we could take the bed home with us! Everything else is fine and was looked after lovingly! You must get so much pleasure out of this gorgeous house if you ever manage to get in there!
Once again, it’s been a pleasure to “meet” you, and thanks for all your help.

Your house is great, we enjoyed every moment. The Parrot Key Restaurant was a great place to eat, so was Iguana Mia Mexican Restaurant. We went on wonderful sunset cruise. The week went way too fast. Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve on Sanibel was also great. Your house was in a great location for us to enjoy all the sights in the area. Hopefully we will be able to come back again.
Great house and fantastic pool. We liked Parrot Key for good food and great ambience. Had a fabulous time. We will be back!

Fabulous house! I am moving in. Warm sunny beach, BEST pool- everything just perfect. Good pizza at Coconuts, Santini Marina Plaza. We liked the Beach Theater dinner during a movie. Lover’s Key State Park- very nice beach. We liked the airboat ride- Everglade City. We really loved the sheets on the bed and the upscale kitchen appliances.

The home was everything we hoped it would be. It was beautifully furnished and had a lovely light and airy feel to it. The pool area was the best we have ever experienced. Especially in a rental property, with plenty of room to catch the sun and lots of shade for when it all got too hot. Callum really enjoyed the pool and would have spent all day in there given the choice. We especially enjoyed the wildlife we spotted from our sun loungers – there were fish jumping in the canal, we saw 2 iguanas swim across the canal to the dock opposite and Callum saw an osprey swoop down catch a fish and then flew off missing our balcony by only a couple of feet. Fantastic!”
